Josie Santos is a socially engaged consultant, with more than 15 years’ experience across both business and nonprofit sectors. She has experience in local and international projects, consulting operations management, strategic social management, human resources management, triple bottom line, urbanization, and development.
She is a strong advocate for cross cultural communication and social-economic development projects. Josie specializes in designing programs that create a unique experience to the provider and their audience. She develops Diversity and Inclusion projects focused on linguistic and cross-cultural competence. Ms. Santos studied International Business Management at Sao Marcos University and holds a Master in Sustainable International Development from Brandeis University.
